We want you to love your MÁDARA skincare; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and remain at least 50% full to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the organic beauty products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Lab

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
